With this rolling pin, do you roll out your dough with a normal rolling pin, then the engraving rolling pin, then you have to cut around the shapes with a knife, if so, there would be wobbly cookies in my case, not a good look, and patience, well ................. I'd be exhausted by then.
Yes, I think you can make butternut squash spaghetti with the spirilitzer, much easier to buy it in the supermarket in my opinion.
I got one this year - making spiced biscuits as gifts. To be honest, the design doesn't show up much. The engraving isn't deep enough. I didn't put any raising agents in the biscuits - they are similar to shortbread so should show up the design - a bit dissapointed...
