My partner has ME and is much improved since she stopped fighting 'it'. Now she always let's 'it' win, and rests every time 'it' wants her too. Between that, cutting down the carbs and losing all the weight, she is much improved.
Yes, that's right, you can't fight it. Also I have to cut down what I do otherwise I will be doing well or I thought I was doing well and then 'crash'
My bedtime varies, sometimes I get off to bed early but may watch a film say before turning the lights out. On average it used to be by 10 as I am up at 6am. Lately it depends on what is happening with husband's work so last couple of weeks have been very late to bed, midnight so am shattered right now.
