That's great vwc, and you have reminded me of how my gran used to knit us soft toys. I particularly remember the rabbit she made. It started off short and fat, and ended tall and skinny as we used to fight over it.
I made this make-up thingy. I wanted something particular, and it had to go with my general colour scheme of red, white, and black.
The drawer came straight off of a telephone seat, it was a £1 out the back of a junk shop [who wants a telephone couch nowadays?] The little mirror came off our old bathroom wall. The handle on the door, I got to match my wardrobe handles [they will all be painted black soon-ish]. The left mirror is 2x and the right for eyes is 3x. I stuck them all together and painted them post office red and brilliant white. The dab radio I got from a car boot for £4. The lights were not cheap, and they came off ebay.
It works well, and will look better when I paint that handle....
