It's the room where things are put, until you get the umph to put it where it should go. We have a smallish sun room, we have two cane chairs in there along with a bookcase. It's always the place that surplus 'things ' go. It's tidy again, but for how long.
Maggzz, our daughters home goes from tidy and chaos in a short space of time. She has looked at creating space with feng shui, the flylady and Mari Kondo. They all work to a point. There is one book that works for her isn't a self help type of book. It's purely fiction. millyjohnson.co.uk/the-books/a-spring-affair/
Maggzz, I love Milly Johnson. I met her at a book signing, she is so down to earth. She will chat for as long as you want. My first was the Yorkshire Pudding Club. I swing from favourite to favourite. I find that I can loose myself in her books especially Here come the girls.
Never drive faster than your guardian angel can fly.
Sounds an interesting read Trisha Just finished The carer, so am looking for something else.
My cupboard under the stairs was completely empty it was like a spare room in itself, great place to hide if you're into playing those sort of games
It is now a complete and utter mess, can hardly open the door or shut it, it's making me annoyed. It's since YD arrived home from Uni with more things than she took and i'm overwhelmed with all her stuff!
My friends, as I have discovered myself, there are no disasters, only opportunities. And, indeed, opportunities for fresh disasters.
We have an attic room. The kids used to sleep and play up there but now it’s just embarrassing. It’s on our to do list but I know I’m going to find it hard to chuck stuff out. There’s a lot of emotional baggage up there and I have trouble severing the ties. I need help! 😔😔😔😔 stuff there that came from my parent’s house when we emptied it. Stuff from my childhood. Stuff from my kids childhood.
