I'm not really sure, but there is a Plant Finder app you can download onto your phone. You take a picture of the plant and the app tried to identify it for you

Thanks for your suggestion. This plant has appeared in our garden this year and looks pretty enough so I’ve let it continue to grow. It’s near a bird feeder so perhaps it’s come from that.

Gracie, I've got a wildflower app on my iPad but I would like to see a closer photo of the leaf structure if possible.
Also, do you know what the flowers look like when they open ?
