We have talked about cherry kernels and rhubarb leaves being poisonous. I know of two other plants, lupins and foxgloves (digitalis). I'm sure there are others.

Laburnum seeds - poisonous.
Ponsettia foilage - poisonous.

There are several houseplants that can be harmful to animals as well as humans so I am aware of what I buy now for indoor greenery.
Peace lilies, Ivy and Mother-in-laws tongue are among them

I didn't know that ponsettia leaves were poisonous. I will be more careful.

Ivy! Is that why when I pull it up from my garden, I get a rash round my wrists and arms if it touches me?
