As long as they stay outside it's Ok, and I don't mind "longlegs" spider, but the larger ones make me shudder. Some days ago, as I was replacing the toilet paper, one jumped out of the cardboard cylinder...Errk !!!

I did start to watch this Cherry, but like Jazzy as soon as it bounced on screen, I shuddered and goose bumped. To top it off this morning, an hour later I was sorting out washing that I had brought down to pop into the machine and a whopping great big spider dropped out onto the floor. OMG! I thought. I have just carried you downstairs I wasn't kind B and I stamped on it in my felt clogs. Why is it when you are physicallly tramping on something you also make Ooohhing noises as if that is going to give you any more strength. What chance does the poor creature have when in comparison to size a ten ton weight is stomped on you at full force. My old dog was the best spider catcher ever Sambuca, but our dogs now are useless and just flick them about.

Please Shaliby, I have just read that and shivered and cringed. It is just the start of the season isn't it?

I'm too scared to squash them, I get the hoover out! Yikes!!! I'm worried they will crawl back out when the Hoover is. Back in the airing cupboard..........
