Olive oil has been my favourite for a long time, all the more because I often cook "mediterranean" dishes ! Learnt "Rapeseed" oil (French "Colza") probably most frequently used here, along with groundnut oil. At first, I thought you meant "grapeseed oil" , credited for a lot of benefits.
