92 is a good age. My Nan is 99 years old this year. In fact, I went to Sweden last year to see her. It was in the middle of winter, too. The snow wasn't great.
Anyhow, it is good to celebrate someone's life and see the good they did.
Today has been a good day and quite productive. Looking after my grandson today but was also able to potter in the garden. Raked and tidied a little connecting path to the annexe and paddock great satisfaction there and spent an hour scoping out green algae from the pond. It can be quite therapeutic doing this.
Time to finish off dinner that I have already prepped, thankfully. It has started to rain now, but it is that fine rain that wets you through as Peter Kaye would say.
I've been having my morning routine: brushed my teeth/took my medication/drinking a cup of cafetiere coffee/listening to the radio/airing out my apartment... I also have on a quick load of laundry.
It's just another Sunday morning for me: I'm drinking my cafetiere coffee and am airing out my apartment. I also did my life admin and am browsing online while listening to the Roxette album "Joyride" on CD.
Catching 5 minutes peace as my grandson has his nap. Been busy weeding in between playing hiding from the fictitious monster in the bushes fighting him away with our cane sticks !
Dinner prepped thank goodness and back out this afternoon if the weather stays fine. Weeds are taking hold quicker than I can pull them out.
