I order a few things on line, we don't have any of the large stores and the closest retail park is just over an hour away. So think M&S, Lakeland etc. I get a couple of text messages telling me the approximate time of delivery, like this morning was between 11:30 and 1:00. Nope. I opened the door to a sheepish looking Royal Mail delivery driver at 6:15am! I said "good morning", he said "sorry". Bet he sees some sights! I did have my dressing gown on and fastened, so the next time that I see him I will still be able to make eye contact.

My poor postman has to squeeze stuff through the slightly open door with the fear of having his hand torn off by a rabid dog, held back by me, intent on defending me from rape and pillage.
