As we are all looking and thinking of ways to pass the time and also stay connected with the outside world, family and friends, I am looking into various means of staying connected to our children other than the regular face time or phone conversation. I have found on-line Scrabble through thesprucecrafts.com site, hopefully this may be useful to some.

We bought my dad an iPad for his 90th birthday. If only I could persuade him to use it. He took it to the health centre and got them to put an app on it that lets him to request his prescriptions but so far I don’t even think he’s used that one.
That would have been a great idea. He used to play scrabble with my mum and I’m sure I could learn how to play.

I have an app on my phone. Called Words with freinds. Its the same as Scrabble. Its a little bit fickle at times and you have to set it up right or you keep getting requests to play with strangers. But it works for me, my Mum in law and a few pals who i normally play the game with.
