I seem to be, forever, thinking about food. I have stopped buying anything that can be classed as naughty. No crisps, no chocolate biscuits (I do like Caramel wafers and Blue Ribbons) no cakes. I have never eaten snacks very much. If I have them in they are like a magnet. It's not as if I feel better after eating them. All I get is a sore mouth. I have increased my fluid intake, that has increased my trips to the loo!

oh dear, we're all rolling out of lockdown... Soreen banana loaves were on special price the other week, so I stocked up as OH loves soreen in any guise. They've all gone! and I was as bad as him with them. I've kidded myself that they are not as calorific as cake, it's worked
There is a lot to be said for being part of a group, and the support and friendship that is gained from this.
