At the moment glass of water and two cups of tea - I go through phases of preferring Coffee with half hot milk or drinking chocolate. I think it depends a lot on the weather, if it’s dark and gloomy, having hot chocolate is comforting...
I start the day with tea. OH calls it dreamy tea. He makes it for me every morning and serves it to me in bed - how lucky am I Its tea with milk, a spoonful of honey and a touch of coconut oil. May sounds strange but is very nice.
I have a normal cup of tea when I get downstairs, then a bit later a coffee, then another coffee. Rest of the day I tend to drink tea.

I start with a glass of water, that is followed by two large mugs of tea. Mid morning, it's coffee. Later in the day, possibly hot chocolate or fruit tea. During lockdown, I decided to buy only caffeine free. I can't say that I have noticed any difference.

My day always starts with tea, then after breakfast two mugs of instant Colombian coffee, then decaf coffee until lunchtime, mug of tea after lunch, then decaf coffee until after dinner, when I have my final cup of tea.
I have only started to drink coffee more about a year ago when Sainsburys stopped selling the tea I liked and found it hard to find a tea to my taste.
