Does anyone else have a problem. I have to prise open the soap powder container, taking the lid off the milk and then removing the foil on top of the milk is a struggle and today I had to use a rubber grippy thing to open a jar of coffee. Is it just me?
Never drive faster than your guardian angel can fly.
I have decent length nails, but I too am finding it harder to peel lids etc. I especially dislike those moulded plastic outers, like on electric toothbrushes, which you end up having to attack with scissors.
I agree, The packaging is intended to make you struggle so hard you end up crying with a pair of scissors in your hand. I started to think there was something wrong with me as so many things seemed like a chinese finger puzzle!
There is a lot to be said for being part of a group, and the support and friendship that is gained from this.

Never use your nails as tools! Someone told me that years ago and I try to avoid it as it does wreck them if you do. My wrists seem patheticly weak. A couple of years ago I had to ask a man sitting next to me on a train to open the bottle of water I had purchased. Can you imagine doing that now? Bring out the wipes! They say use it or lose it and I’m learning how true that is. I’ve done very little yoga in the last couple of months and am feeling feeble. Who can get up from sitting on the floor or crouching without having to push yourself up? It upsets me how I can’t.
I’m the same, I had such a struggle with a balsamic vinegar recently and the containers with the pull down a tiny stiff piece of plastic from the lid have me reaching for a knife to prise them open, every time I do this I think ‘it’ll be A and E one of these days’
