Saw on tv news how France closed it's border with the UK and over 50 countries are not letting planes from the UK land because of covid .One of my British neighbors was shocked & awed the Eurostar train isn't running .I loved THE TUNNEL about Dover but on the news tonite saw how that exciting manic city is shut down .I pity the truckers trapped in their vehicles .How are they eating , going to the bathroom, stretching out ?

You are not alone .The EU and Canada won't let Americans in and I am what amounts to a prisoner here in Manila since they aren't letting non Filipino's back in if they leave .

We're a small island and these days are cities are bulging, so no surprise that it's been hard to rid this country of this pandemic. I understand the feeling of other nations not wanting people from UK coming into their countries at the moment with this new strain, they're looking out for their own. Sorry you are a prisoner too, by saying that you just answered a question I asked in your other thread.
