I always enjoy making marmalade at this time of year but being in lockdown and with such awful stats, there is no way I’m venturing out for a look-see. I’ve got 3 Morrison’s deliveries booked for the next 3 weeks with no Seville oranges available this week. Please can you let me know if you see them for sale in any of the other supermarkets. Thanks in anticipation.
LL. I have just been searching. EBay seem to be the only place where Seville oranges are available. I don't use eBay so I don't know how reliable it is. I expect they are difficult to find because of the issue with imports at the minute.

Thanks Trisha for looking. I’ve completed my next Morrison’s order for tomorrow and checked again. Then checked Sainsbury’s. Maybe I’m too early. The season is Jan/Feb but as you say with all that’s going on, maybe they are held up.

OH found ‘marmalade oranges’ at our local farm shop so today I’ve made my first batch. They are not Seville but the resulting marmalade is very nice. I find it such a therapeutic thing to do so if you have time on your hands, why not have a go?

Sorry you’ve not seen your sister for so long Trisha. Does she still live in Yorkshire? We used to have a member called something like Deedardingle. Do you remember her? Her name was something to do with Yorkshire but I can’t remember why now.
