Doesn't have to be major things things but little things that give you're life some order and identity ? Meeting friends for lunch , cooking the same thing on a particular nite , getting the car washed on Saturday ?
All I can think of is aerobic exercise several days a week , wearing nylons on Monday to give some extra seriousness to the start of the work week , studying on Saturdays , going over to my SO's on week-ends , and some tv like the news & NETFLIX. Feel I need more .
I luv the nylons on Mondays ...great way to start your week Moi.
I start the day with tea, but coffee with breakfast.
One of our weekly 'traditions' is bubbles @ 6pm ish on Sundays before supper...it doesn't need to be posh expensive bubbles, one of my favourites is from Aldi, a French sparkling rose, Fleurs de Prairie, @ £ 6.99 a bottle, very light, an elegant little number very quaffable. Over the years we have been usually joined by chums for Sunday bubbles, wherever we are , and during lockdown we still are, even though some are in Spain, some France, and chums in the Uk, we don't contact each other to speak, but it is great to send and receive a photo or emoji via whatsapp from whoever is able to join in that week, we always go by 18.00 GMT
A daily tradition during lockdown is, at 3 pm we disappear to our own space in the house to have our own 'me' time.......armed with toasted crumpets/tea cakes, scones/cake whatever we have in, a strong pot of Yorkshire tea for me, we regroup at 6 pm to start supper prep. Keeps us all sane...well, mostly
I have sneaked into my 'space' earlier today as I am waiting for a call from my chum, she needs to call me whilst her OH is out as she is having big problems with him at the moment...trouble is, her OH is my hubby's best chum, they were at Uni together so go back a long way....even so, he is a total ratbag to her for sure Happy Days eh?

I love the thought of bubbles on a Sunday Cj. I can’t get my head around Yorkshire puds with other roasts Trisha but most restaurants seem to serve them these days. Good for you with the meditation Linda. Moi I do watch a soap on a very regularly basis. It’s called Coronation Street and been going for 60 years. Have you ever heard of it?
Our new lockdown tradition is walking every day - usually for an hour or two depending on our route. I didn’t think we’d keep it up but it’s become a staple part of our routine, breaks the day up and we get regular exercise 😃
