It’s wet and grey here but so much warmer, up at 12C. I was hoping to go to a garden centre today to buy a couple of shrubs and get them planted before the new neighbours move in next door. Not looking likely though! I could do so much in the house but really have no enthusiasm for cleaning or doing laundry. What’s everyone else up to?

Not raining here today, I've been outside and pruned a rose bush which I've been meaning to do for ages and went for my daily walk - the park is still pretty muddy from all the rain/ice we've had over the last month or so. Someone has started a 'snake' of painted rocks for people to add to, which I thought was a really sweet thing to do ... just hoping the local yobs don't hurl them all in the stream. Have a good day

Is painted rocks a countrywide thing? I heard about some locally to us? Drier today, Sunday, so I got to the garden centre, bought my shrubs, then prepared where I’m going to plant them. Hopefully tomorrow will be dry

The painted rocks have been about a while, but more so since Covid...there is a snake of them on the wall next to our local park. Most are still there months on. Was awful - wet and windy on Saturday, yesterday dry and warm so spent a few hours tidying up the garden. Beautiful sunshine here today - not looking so good for later in the week

A grey day here, we walked for a couple of hours though as it’s very mild. I’ve been in the garden for a couple of mornings, digging shrubs up and moving them to make space for a new big shed later in the year. Fingers crossed they don’t die - I don’t exactly have green fingers 😄
