Looking back on all the Prime Ministers you have seen past and present. What are your memories and opinions of them ?
I remember Wilson, Heath and Callahan, but it wasn't really until Margaret Thatcher got in that I took notice. She seemed invincible and the country grew from a young persons eyes with the onset of an increase in the white collar army. But like so many, they all get above themselves and John Major slipped in. A quiet grey mouse, I used to think.
Blair with new Labour was right for the times but I always thought him more of an actor than a statesman. A bit like Macron Shaliby The only good thing I think he did was not to change the pound to euro. He just didn't turm up to the meeting if I remember?
The worst thing in my opinion was to change the licence laws !! We are nothing like the continent and their cultured lifestyle around alcohol.
Brown was just a scape goat for Blair not to be tranced in the next election. He looked permanently disgruntled.
David Cameron, I thought was the solution for Conservatives and get the country sorted again. Him and Osborne were young and progressive. I was totally gutted when he resigned !! due to the Brexit referendum and scurried off ! to let Theresa May ?? sort out the long drawn out issue. She was another John Major in my eyes, always looked awkward.
Boris was Boris full of puffed up pomp and quick witted, a leader perfect for that short period, but you realise that these are not really the people that make the decisions. Who is behind them ?
Truss ?? let's wait and see
