We woke to a thin cover of snow this morning. It's still bitterly cold. We have the usual school closures. The main concern for this part of the country is high winds causing a storm surge. Warnings are out along with flood barriers. I hope everyone who is affected take care. Thank goodness it won't affect us. Anyone have snow?

Hi Trisha There is a sprinkling on the hills and we had a ten minute flurry last night which then froze solid but nothing here today yet. The sky has moments of looking full of it, but not arrived yet. We even have some blue skies! I am so glad I don't live on the coast - it must be so frightening.

We had some lovely flurries of snow this morning, very pretty to look at from the patio door. Settled for an hour or two, now melted.

We had a very light dusting, our grand children were so excited to see it coming down and they walked to school in the falling snow, it was all melted within a couple of hours.

Pleased to see we have seen nothing of the horrible stuff.
