Well climate change is natural, surely, otherwise we would still be in the Ice-Age. However we are not helping the planet either are we? There is too much rubbish, plastic & chemicals etc so something really needs to be done. We can't stop climate change but surely we can slow it down. If i was well enough, yes, I would protest.
"I am doing the best I can with what I have in this moment; and that is all I can expect of anyone including me"
I think for me, it would have to be a local issue - I don't think my opinion would count for much in the greater scheme of things, but something closer to home may perhaps rouse me to take to the streets (so long as it wasn't raining )
I’ve never protested but have often said, if only I had known about it I would have done. If you hear of one, let me know. I’m all for protesting about climate change but I’ve not heard what the protesters want done. I want the whole plant to dry their washing outside but not heard anyone say that. The US use tumble dryers! It’s a bit like Brexit, tell me what needs changing and let’s petition!
I would gladly join a protest about animal cruelty, particularly the way animals are treated in the slaughter houses. I'm now at the point where I can't look at the meat in a butchers window or supermarket without feeling sick.
My friends, as I have discovered myself, there are no disasters, only opportunities. And, indeed, opportunities for fresh disasters.
