6herry. I don't have any experience, sorry. I would have thought that a tenancy agreement would be essential, as well as a comprehensive list of do' s and don't. E.g. specify if they can entertain friends in all areas or overnight. Keeping shared areas clean and tidy. Smoking/drugs?? Perhaps if you contact a letting agency? It's a great idea 6herry, my son has a flat in Manchester which he rents out to some of the womens football team, I've never asked him about the ins and outs of it though. He also does airbnb with the annexe part of his house he lives in with DIL, a great extra income
