Prince Charles is next in line for the throne, so when the Queen dies, he will become monarch. His wife (Camilla) was very unpopular when it became apparent that he'd been seeing her in secret behind Princess Diana's back, but people have short memories so all the objections to her ever becoming queen (instead being the King's consort) have probably been forgotten about now and presumably she will indeed become Queen Camilla.
I think the country will go into a state of shock, even though it's obvious that the Queen is not going to last forever she has always been a stable element despite what happens in the political arena. I don't think Charles is especially popular, he's spent his whole life waiting for his mother to die so he can take over the 'family business'! It'll be yet another challenge for the nation to come to terms with, regardless of whether you're a monarchist or not, such a huge change will require a period of adjustment.
I think Prince Charles will take over and will insist Camilla is giving her rightful title but she is quite unpopular with many people still. I think he will say it is both of them or neither and will win.
There will be endless TV reporting with endless looking back at her life programmes! The funeral will be a big thing with people attending from all over the world. I have started to question whether she might outlive Charles. He’s 70 so no spring chicken! He definitely won’t get the support that his Mum has. She’s a great ambassador for our country and might go on for another 10 years. How old was the Queen Mum? 104?
I can't imagine losing Her Majesty, perish the thought.
You have got to admire her, she certainly puts the hours in, and she likes to have Prince Phillip with her on her travels, as he has retired now, she might slow down a little and hand over to Prince Charles, maybe this will happen over the next year or two, I hope so, she is so dedicated and still sharp as a razor, and she still drives a very old Land Rover, bet it's converted to automatic.
On another royal note - it seems odd to me that in all the days Prince Philip has been in hospital, he has only had one royal visitor! That was Princess Anne and I re all the newsreader saying she stayed for 35 minutes. I made comment to OH that that was hardly news worthy but now reading no one else visited makes me think actually it was! I’d be pretty upset if none of my family came to see me in hospital, wouldn’t you?

I find that hard to believe, for PR reasons alone.
