For once we had fantastic weather on the Bank Holiday (very rare indeed!) so it was lovely to be able to sit out in the garden, fire up the bbq and generally chill out in the sunshine - I even read 2 books (felt like I was really on holiday!). Easter had been a total wash out, so this fine weather was even more appreciated than usual.
Beautiful weather - just back from holidays, so 8 loads of washing, ironing, gardening as the veg I have planted has started to sprout through the soil. Then a friend came over and we got the Cobb out - steak, burgers, sausages and salads - quick and easy and tasty. Washed down with some Irish Craft beer from OH's uncle's brewery. Perfect :-)
We spent it house renovating, but that's ok, something I love doing. We did eat outside in the evening though, which was a nice end to a very busy day.
There is a lot to be said for being part of a group, and the support and friendship that is gained from this.
Another one here, out in the garden. It was lovely seeing our little one running around and jumping and splashing in water in her paddling pool. Just being in the sun is lovely.

Tarting up the house and filling in the sales documents...
You moving again 6herry?
No, we haven't sold the first house yet.
It will go on the market in the next couple of weeks.
If we can just get it tarted and move our stuff out, we can leave it for the estate agent to sell. We have an alarm and smart security cameras, so it will be safe enough.
