Went to see David Cassidy at The Hammersmith Apollo in 2011 with 2 friends .... he was not at his best unfortunately, he forgot some of the words and rambled a lot. It made it a bit of an uncomfortable watch really, although the audience comprised mature ladies who forgave him because we had been in love with him since we were 11 years old!
We stayed at their hotel in Stowe LLCC about 6 years ago - neither of us have actually seen the film, we booked the trip through an agent without realising and it was rather a surprise to find loads of memorabilia on display and everything themed.
Who can forget Demis Roussos singing "Ever and ever, forever and ever you'll be the one!"
Volodymyr Zelenskyy - amazing how he was an actor playing the part of president and then he actually become one. I admire him and his wife, he cannot have foreseen what was in store with Russia.
She wakes me up in the morning, she plays my favourite radio stations or music, she even plays soothing music to relax my dog, she turns on and off the lamps in my home, she tells me when i have a parcel coming from Amazon, and occasionally she scares the living s**t out of me when she speaks to me unexpectedly
I respect her right to privacy, but I hope maybe if it was a hysterectomy she might at some stage in the future be prepared to share her experiences for the benefit of other women who find themselves facing similar circumstances.
I'm grateful for some miraculous inventions, like in the medical sphere, but honestly I think my jury is out on the level of computerisation .... I have real qualms about AI and the impact that is having/will have moving forward.

For anyone who did it yesterday, the first word I saw when I looked at the letters it wouldn't accept, I was very disappointed as it used all the letters and would've been a high score. The letters were:-
When I was a kid it was a school-child joke to say "Who invented the steam engine?" - to which the other person would reply "Watt" and you'd say louder "WHO INVENTED THE STEAM ENGINE??"
Kevin Costner will forever be Robin Hood in my head.
Must watch the Cary Grant series.
Rudyard Kipling - anyone who has ever been involved with Cubs will know that the leaders are named after characters in The Jungle Book, I used to be a cub leader in the dim and distant past, I was 'Rikki Tikki Tavi.'
I bought one of those B, didn't read the packaging properly so missed the fact that it was for 4 people, couldn't bear to waste it and it was too hard to try to cut it up frozen so OH and I had half each - delicious if greedy!
